A Ubisoft usa robôs para atender seus consumidores...

Vejam o diálogo que eu travei com um suposto atendente da Ubisoft no canal oficial deles (Leia de baixo para cima):

Ok. I'm being attended by a robot. Nice move, Ubisoft... Please, I ask for a human analyst.

I have tried to re-download the song. It did not work either. I can't take a screenshot of the error, because it is not an explicit error. This DLC song is marked as working with the 2014 edition. But when you download it and install, it doesn't show on the list of songs. The problem is not with the download or the installation because after the installation the song works fine with the original Rocksmith. It just doesn't work with the 2014 edition. It is a bug, not a user misconfiguration. So, Ubisoft must work on a fix or mark the song as not working with the 2014 edition (and give people's money back...)

At this point, I would recommend re downloading the DLC from the Playstation Network. If the game cannot detect the DLC, it may not have successfully downloaded. If you ares till experiencing issues, please let me know. Also provide me with a screenshot of the error and I will be able to further assist you in the issue.

I've tried the solution given by Logan, but it still did not work.

Thank you for contacting Ubisoft. I will assist you in resolving the issue for your Love Hurts DLC for Rocksmith 2014 First, I would like you to Clear your System Cache. While in the Playstation 3 Cross-Menu Bar (XMB) navigate to the ‘Game’ section. Scroll through this section until you find a folder called ‘Game Data Utility’ Open the folder to populate the Game Data list Scroll though the Game Data list until you find the game that you are looking for With the game entry you need highlighted, press the Triangle button An options menu associated with the game you have highlighted will appear on the right hand side of the menu. Select ‘Delete’ and press X to confirm. Once you have deleted the cache data you will then be prompted to re-install the missing data when you next play the associate game. If you still experiencing this issue with your DLC, please let me know as soon as possible

I bought the song Love Hurts (from Incubus) and albeit made for the original Rocksmith, it was marked as working on the 2014 edition. But it won't show on the song list. I tried downloading again, but the problem persists. On the original Rocksmith it is working fine.
